Product Masters.
Product Masters, specialists in a specific technology, gather, consolidate and
disseminate their product knowledge among colleagues through workshops and
technical meetings. They are the first contact for specific questions of their
colleagues.
Key Persons.
When several LACO employees are active at a client, we appoint a Key Person.
The Key Person helps his/her colleagues with practical questions and makes sure
that the LACO team functions optimally and that the communication with LACO
runs smoothly.
