LACO Project Methodology

Just like each mountain climb or hike is unique, each project is it as well…. But of course there is also plenty of common ground and useful learning moments. Based on these years of practical experience LACO has developed its own methodology which is your best guarantee for a successful project!

The LACO Project Methodology (LPM) comprises three documented layers:

1. Project Management
   This layer describes how to draw up a clear project description, to set up a well functioning project organisation, to write progress reports, to monitor the scope, the follow-up and the screening of the planned activities.
2. System Build
   Here we describe each phase of the system development cycle, and we determine both the scope and the physical creation of the database and the development of the programs and procedures, as well as the implementation of the tests and the roll-out.
3. Tools & Techniques
   This layer describes the specific tools to carry out the aforementioned tasks.
